Wild Canadian Seafood and Game
Inspired by the sensational Patagonian fire cooking technique, this event will embrace the open pit fire cooking methods of Argentina but showcase our local Yukon meat and produce, Alaskan seafood and the cooking techniques of guest chef Jason Pleym of Two Rivers Meats from Vancouver, one of the driving forces behind Brewery and the Beast – one of the top fire cooking events in the country! Joining Jason will be guest chef and festival organizer, Eric Pateman from Edible Canada as well as many of the Yukon’s top culinary talent who will be creating a veritable feast before your eyes. Think local Elk, Rabbit, Pork and Bison, Pemberton Meadows Beef from Jason’s own farm, Icy Waters Arctic char, Dungeness crab, Alaskan Salmon and more all complimented with an assortment of salads and Canadian inspired desserts. If you are a fan of outdoor cooking, amazing ingredients, lots of meat and a great time – this is the event of the year you do not want to miss! Your ticket includes one drink ticket, a plethora of food, firepit entertaiment, music and more. A fun cash bar will also be available so this evening may drift well into the evening! 19+ event.
