“North meets South”
Latin American cuisine with Northern Exposure

Join us for a one-of-kind immersive culinary experience showcasing local ingredients in Spanish, Mexican and Aztec inspired dishes. Try your hand at pressing your own flour and corn tortillas, and sip Tequila spiked cocktails while you watch Chef Cat McInroy and Chef Glenys Baltimore prepare traditional Spanish Paella in front of you over the fire. Ione Christensen (former Yukon Senator, Mayor and granddaughter of 1898 Klondike Gold Rush miners) will be here to tell the story of her family’s sourdough starter and the journey it made across the Chilkoot Trail in 1898. On the menu: Alaskan Seafood Spanish Paella, Local pork Carnitas, Traditional Mole, Mexican Street Corn, and so much more! We’ll finish the evening with mounds of Sourdough “Churros” with Chili Chocolate and Dulce de Leche dipping sauces. Two festive alcoholic drinks are included with your ticket and dried sourdough starter to take home. Cash bar onsite with local beers, wines and non-alcoholic options as well. North meets South under the stars in the gardens at Well Bread. Ole!
